For a real challenge our Outdoor days are designed around bush craft, nature awareness and wilderness skills. Outdoor days provide the perfect setting for personal development, team building, blue skies thinking, and executive selection.
The days include both team and individual coaching for performance.
Strong teams need people who feel they have a specific and valuable place on the team, who feel connected to the task and connected to each other.
Employing the wrong person can lead to project time wasted and substantial loss of revenue - investing in an outdoor day can help with pre recruitment selection or to iron out performance issues
